Vicki Linnette Burge

Vicki Linnette Burge passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 71 years old.

Vicki was born on March 13, 1953, the daughter of Lester and Velma Ruegger. Vicki was a children's church minister and master puppeteer. Her motto was, "it's better to build children than to repair men". Vicki was a member of New Christian Fellowship Church in Port Gibson for 44 years. She is preceded in death by both of parents and her only brother, Lester Junior.

Vicki is survived by her husband, Randal, sons Christopher and Joshua Burge, and daughter Erin Burge-Myers. She has two grandchildren, Ezekiel and Destiny Myers, and one son-in-law, Theodore Myers.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at New Christian Fellowship Church, 208 Oak St., Port Gibson with Rev. Robert Sanders officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. before the service.

Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Burge, Joshua Burge, and Theodore Myers.
