Jacob Wells

Jacob Tyler Wells passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019.

Jacob was born December 14, 2018, at Univarsity Medical Center to his loving parents Jason and Kymbra Wells. He will be greatly missed by all who Knew and loved him.

Jacob is also survived by a sister Jaileigh Wells; maternal grandparents Eddie and Dorothy Fuller; paternal grandmother Linda Wells. 

Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Glenwood Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Greenlawn Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Logan McCormick and Tristan Street.
