Jimmy R Sullivan

Jimmy R. Sullivn died on Sunday, January 20, 2019. He was 84.

Jimmy was born in Panola County, MS. He lived in Vicksburg, MS, most of his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Mamie and Tom Hayes; his biological father, William Allen Sullivan; his son, Sammy Sullivan; his twin sister, Rosie Lamb; his sister, Frances Lowery James; his granddaughter, Evelyn Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Daniel and Danielle Slueter.

He is survived by his daughter, Terri Spears; his sons, Ronnie Sullivan, Edward Sullivan, David Sullivan (Cindy) and Wendell Sullivan; his brothers, Tommy Hayes, Carl Hayes, George Hayes, and James Hayes; his sisters, Viola Ray and Leona Reemes; his 10 grandchildren, and his 15 great-grandchildren.

Active Pallbearers will be Wendell Sullivan, Freeman Sullivan, Tyler Sullivan, Zach Sullivan, Glenn Welch and T.J. Hayes.

Honorary Pallbearers will include, Lee Murihead, Hyman Cosby, and David Sullivan.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 9:00 am at Glenwood Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow visitation at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Rev. Ron Burch will be officiating the service.
