John Lyons, Sr. Obituary

Mr. John Robert "Bobby" Lyons, Sr. died on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. He was 74.

He was preceded in death by his parents John B. and Velma Freeman Lyons.

He is survived by his wife Terry Tatom Lyons of Vicksburg, MS; son, Robert Lyons, Jr. of Murphy, TX; brothers, Sherwood Lyons, Sr. of Vicksburg, MS and Larry Lyons of Georgetown, MS; sisters, Ann Lobred and Anita King of Vicksburg, MS and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. Saturday until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
