Alexis Lynn Knight

Alexis Lynn Knight passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana, at the age of 24. She was born April 17, 2000, in Pascagula, Mississippi, to Anthony Knight and Jennifer Deckard Knight.

Alexis was a very loving person who enjoyed the little things in life. She would light up a room when she walked in and made everybody smile. She liked to draw, loved her cat, liked horses, and loved hunting and fishing with her daddy when she was a little girl. She had a brilliant mind, was number one on the debate team at school, and never had to crack a book. Alexis loved people and loved hanging out with her family.

Alexis is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Rebecca Deckard; paternal great grandmother, Sharon Kay Knight; paternal great grandfathers, Jeff Knight and Printiss Parker; and uncle, Randy Knight.

Alexis is survived by her mother, Jennifer Deckard Knight; father, Anthony Knight; brother, Trey Harold; sister, Addison Knight; maternal grandfather, Merle Deckard; paternal grandparents, Randy and Elaine Knight and Phyllis and Randy Dixon; and paternal great grandmother, Joyce Parker.

A memorial service for Alexis will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Scott Fletcher officiating.
