Obituary
Annie Ruth Mitchell passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. She was born in Covington County, MS on May 5, 1934. She loved church and worshipping God. She enjoyed cutting grass and planting. She was not an inside person. She preferred being outside.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Pete Mitchell; parents, Leroy Jackson Creel and Julie Maybelle Pinion Creel; sister, Frances Nell High; brother, Roy Earl Creel.
She is survived by sons, Paul Douglas Love, Leonard Ray Love, Kenneth Morris Love and Michael Lee Love; brother, James Edward Creel; nine grandchildren and all of her great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Michael Love, Johnny Tindel, Al Creel, Rooky Creel, Big Jimmy Love and Little Jimmy Love.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Anguilla, MS. The service will be officiated by Rev. Charles Dedman. Visitation will be at 12:00 p.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow at County Line Cemetery.
