Callie Marie Phelps

Callie Marie Phelps passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025. She was 28 years old. She was born on January 25, 1997, to Robert and Remonda Phelps. She enjoyed watching documentaries. She was a people person. She cherished her dates she had with her son, Ryan when they would spend time together. She loved spending time with her family. 

She is preceded by her paternal grandparents, Jack and Opal Phelps; maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Nancy Heard; uncle, Fred Heard and cousins, Lee McCullar and Debbie Tucker.

She is survived by her son, Ryan Phelps; parents, Robert and Remonda Phelps; brother, Jesse Cassidy (April); sisters, Nickie Emfinger (Chris), Tabitha Madison (Daniel), Megan Hayes (Josh) and Erica Melillo (Braxton); nephews, Chris Emfinger (Analese), Scott Emfinger, Shane Madison, Tristen Madison and Isaac Mellilo; nieces, Ashley Hayes, Isabell Hayes and Shelbie Madison; uncle, Derek Heard (Brandi); best friends, Danielle Williams and Melanie Vines; numerous cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Elisabeth Malphurs officiating the service. Visitation will be one hour before the service. 

After services the family would like to invite everybody to meet at the Bovina Fire Department.
