Carolyn Stevens Dedmon

Carolyn Stevens Dedmon passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. She was 74 years old. 

Carolyn was born in Pascagoula, Ms. She lived in Pearl, Ms for 25+ years, before moving back to Vicksburg. She loved her family very much. She enjoyed bird watching and her favorite color was pink. She loved watching old westerns on T.V. Orchids was her favorite flower.

She is preceded in death by her parents, V.O. Stevens, Sr. and Lela Beasley. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Dedmon Cockrell, her two brothers; V.O. Stevens, Jr., and George Stevens, and her sister, Grace Lynn.

She is survived by her two sons;  Glenn Dedmon, and Steve Dedmon, her brother, Henry Stevens, her sister, Lundy Marshall, her 16 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. 

A visitation will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 9:00 am. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11:00 am. Burial will continue at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
