Charlene Frances Fenn passed away on May 4, 2023, at her home. She was 71.
Charlene was born in Casper, Wyoming on June 21, 1951, the daughter of Martin Hall and Elizabeth Ring Hall. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in Casper and then earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming. She loved to sew and made all her own clothes during high school. She also loved to go on tropical cruises with her best friend who also shared a talent for being a great piano player. She owned and operated Valley Feed and Pet Shoppe in Wyoming. She moved to Vicksburg in 2007 to be with her family and care for her father. She was very active in the Elks Lodge and the Moose Lodge.
She was an amazing woman. She was very selfless and giving. She truly never met a stranger and made everyone feel welcome. She was never in a bad mood. Her positive energy and bubbly personality will be missed. She loved her family and best friend Ted so much.
She is survived by her daughter Teresa Danczyk (Craig), son William Fenn (Michelle), best friend Ted McNemar, brother Marty Hall (Katrina), sister Dee Dee Smith, an exchange student Toko Nishimoto, grandchildren Elizabeth Taylor and Maddy Fenn, great-grandchildren Audrey Taylor and Jim Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.
