Charles was born on January 9, 1949, in Natchez, MS. He served in the United States Army for 14 years, and he was a member of Plumbers Pipefitters Local 619 in Vicksburg, MS for 23 years. He was preceded in death by his mother Sally M. Moak and his father Charles R. Moak, Sr.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah, La.
