Charles Michael Westcott

Michael (Mike-O) Westcott died Saturday, November 22, 2025, as a result of an automobile accident. He was 27 years old.

He was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg where he held various jobs at multiple places in the Vicksburg area. He was an avid collector of all things and was a member of Elevate Church.

Survivors include his son Hayden Westcott, his father Toby (Katasha) Westcott, his mother Penny (Sylvester) Cooper, brothers Josh Smith and Taye Cooper, sisters Kylee Westcott, Alexis Westcott, Kayden Westcott, Destiney Carter, Aria Wagaman, and Kelli Brooke Westcott, his paternal grandmother Pat Westcott, his aunt Malana (Jeremy) Kirby, uncle Elvin Westcott and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Alvin Westcott and maternal grandparents Billy and Shirley Smith.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 28, 2025, in the chapel of Glenwood Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Andrews officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Sylvester Cooper, Josh Smith, Dylan Hartley, Zane Hartley, Austin Lynch and Jay Jay Merritt. Honorary pallbearers will be Jodie Shiers, William Breland, Johnny Hall, Jeremy Luke Kirby, Heath Cannada and Hunter Cannada.
