David Jerome Tarnabine

David Tarnabine passed away on February 28, 2019, at Merit Health River Region. He was 71.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Tarnabine and Pauline McNeil Tarnabine, and his wife Lovera Tarnabine.

He is survived by his brothers Larry (Deborah) Tarnabine, Joe (Sherry) Tarnabine, Pete Tarnabine; sisters Tina (Ronny) Branan and Carolyn (Shaun) Williams, and a special friend Amber Savell.

David was a tankerman and river boat pilot. He was retired from GNB Battery.

Visitation will be 9 am until the hour of service at 11 am, Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at Glenwood Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Bob Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery, Rolling Fork, MS.

Pallbearers: Robby Cook, Pete Tarnabine, Blake Tarnabine, Raymond Day, Michael Taylor and Ronny Branan.

The family would like to thank Gwen Trimble for being such a great neighbor to David.
