Delma Wallace Goza passed away to be with his wife on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. He was 91 years old. He was born on June 6, 1933, to Campbell Delma Goza and Emma Dee Kirkley Goza. He enjoyed working in the yard with his wife, singing and making music. He loved visiting with his friends. He was retired after 43 years of service with Entergy.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Janice Goza; parents, Campbell and Emma Kirkley Goza; brother, Glen Alton Goza; sister, Elma Maxine Wright.
He is survived by his sons, Kenny Goza (Vickie) and Kevin Goza (Tammie); daughter, Kathy Goza; grandchildren, Gabe Goza (Carey), Ben Goza (Kimberly), Eric Goza (Cortney) and Miranda Goza (Devin); great-grandchildren, Kendall Goza, Brielle Goza, Llayton Goza, Beckett Goza, Lyley Goza, Graham Goza, Sawyer Goza, Brantley Goza and Willa Grace Goza; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Ben Goza, Gabe Goza, Ray Burroughs, Don Ainsworth, David Wells and Eddie Dixon.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Glenwood Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Hal Kitchings. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
