Dorothy Cupit Rundell

Dorothy Cupit Rundell passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023. She was born in Coville, LA on July 24, 1931. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a Bank Teller at Merchant Bank for 25 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Barefield Rundell; parents, A.J. and Lila Mae Cupit; sisters, Hazel Stroud, Betty Evans and Joanne Goodman.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Rundell Dismuke; sister, Glennie Oswell; grandchildren, Jacquelyn Hunter (Stuart) and Bryan Dismuke (Catherine); great-grandchildren, Field Dismuke, Lila Dismuke, Hayes Dismuke, Stella Hunter, Stuart Hunter and Lula Hunter. 

A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.  

Memorials may Be made to First Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
