Obituary

Elizabeth L Lang of Pattison, MS passed from this life on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at The Claiborne of McComb in McComb, MS.  She was born on May 18, 1931 to Vernon Lovey Loyd and Annie Mae Norton Loyd. Mrs. Lang was retired from Entergy at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station where she was an administrative assistant. She was a member of Pattison Baptist Church. She was married to Clyde E Lang for 54 years until his death in 2004. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and siblings, Charles Loyd, Gerry Loyd, Cecile Lutz and Buddy Loyd and her longtime friend, Velma Lee. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, close friends Scrap Baker, Terry Carter, Denna  Chapman and Sharon Lutz.
Graveside services for Mrs. Lang will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Unity Cemetery in Pattison, MS at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pattison Baptist Church, PO Box 41, Pattison, MS or the Unity Cemetery Fund, 2091 Forest Grove Rd., Pattison, MS 39144.
