Everett Marble, fondly known to his family as "Pappy", passed away on January 8, 2025 at his home. Born on February 3, 1951, Everett lived a life filled with resilience, acceptance, and above all, love. He married Mary Frances Marble on December 13, 1984. He was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and held a strong passion for animals. Among his favorite pastimes, Everett enjoyed fishing, gardening, caring for his pets, birdwatching and playing cards. A good cup of coffee and a Honey Bun were his beloved treats, Gunsmoke and Yellowstone his favorite series and he was a fervent supporter of The New Orleans Saints.
Everett was a remarkable man who touched the lives of many. His warmth and smile will me remembered. He enjoyed a career as a fire fighter in his younger years and went on to become a master of maintenance and a skilled craftsman. His greatest accomplishment, however, was the loving family he left behind. His legacy is one of loving kindness and dedication to family and friends. Everett taught his family that love is not dependent on one's behavior or actions; you care for them regardless of their circumstances and place in life.
He is survived by his sister Tanis (Archie) McKay; sons, Alfred Marc (Valerie) Marble and Wayne Rowell; daughter, Kimberly (Bobby) Fuller; daughter-in-love Beth Rowell; son-in-love Harvey Mathes; grandchildren, Delvin Rowell (Mandy), Logan (Kensey) Marble , Trey (Jordan) Mathes, Bud Thompson, Emily (Adam) Leflore, Shelby Marble, Abby (Karsten) Keyes, Jennifer Hartley, Stephany Vail, Chaela Thompson; and 13 great grand children and 1 great great granddaughter.

Alfred Clark Marble, Jr.; son, Del Rowell; daughters, Melanie Poole and Sandra Mathes; granddaughters, Jessica Rowell and Katie Vail; great granddaughters, Kylee Marble and Sarah Rowell;
