Glenn David Thornell

Glenn David Thornell passed away on August 8, 2025, he was 67 years old.

Glenn, also known as "Rabbit" was born in Vicksburg, MS on December 24, 2025, to his parents John B. Thornell and Elsie Lucille Tyler Thornell. Glenn loved riding motorcycles and cooking. He also enjoyed helping people with anything, and would give them the shirt off his back just to see them smile he had a big heart. He loved watching the History Channel and learning new facts. He worked for 12 years with the Center for Pregnancy Choices , he also worked on barges and for Browner Construction. He is preceded in death by his parents  and his sisters Linda Carter, Brenda Thornell and Lorraine Thornell.

 He is survived by his son Josh Thornell, a daughter Kristin Thornell, a brother Allen Thornell and 3 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
