Gregory Alan Joiner

Gregory Alan Joiner passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 59.  

Gregory was born in Rolling Fork, MS on December 28, 1962, the son of Wesley Alan Joiner and Glenda Franklin Joiner.  He was very dedicated to his kids and family who he greatly loved; his job and helping the people of his community.  He loved to fish and duck hunt. 

He is survived by his mother Glenda Joiner of Rolling Fork, MS; son Chad Joiner of Greenwood, MS; daughters Leslie Joiner of Gulf Port, MS, Carley Morales of Chandler, AZ and Kayla Joiner of Jonesboro, AR; brother Rodney Joiner of Rolling Fork, MS, companion Frankie Fuller and 6 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Tallulah Church of God of Prophecy, officiated by Elizabeth Franklin.  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in County Line Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jon Michael Simmons, Caleb Joiner, Weston Joiner, Mike Mitchell, Rocky Mann, Richard Tankersley, Chad Joiner and Will Daniels.  Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Kerr, Ricky Boyd, Junior Boyd, Mitchell Brown, Burt McPhail and Mack Shorter.
