James Jefferson Hardin passed away on Saturday, November 07, 2020. He was 75.
He was born in Union, MS, but has lived in Warren County over 40 years. James worked for Mat Sinking Unit, and Willow Point North, and South. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was also a member of Eagle Lake Baptist Church.
James is preceded in death by his parents; Bernice and Verda Hardin, and his two brothers; Wendell Eugene Hardin and Jerry Lynn Hardin.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Hardin, his two daughters; Andrea Moore, and Nickie Emfinger, his three sons; Jessie Cassidy, Jamie Hardin, and John Hardin, his brother, Jimmy Hardin, his two sisters; Sandra Brashier, and Frances Cooper, his eleven grandchildren; Christopher Emfinger, Scott Emfinger, Haley Nevels, Olivia Moore, Jessica Hardin, Haley Hardin, Harley Hardin, Delanie Hardin, and Jayla Hardin, Jamie Lee Hardin, Jr., Jacob Hardin, as well as four special grandchildren; Drew Webb, Haley Noble, Michael Paul Noble, and John Charles(Boogie), also numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews that he adored dearly.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Kindred Home Health, and Kindred Hospice for their outpouring compassion and kindness they provided while caring for James and his family.
A visitation will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 12:00pm with a graveside service immediately following at Cedar Hill Cemetery at 2:00pm.
Rev. Joe Harris will be officiating the service.
Active Pallbearers will include; Johnny Hall, Scottie "Boo" Prescott, Cole Ashley, Talor Belk, Matt Koestler, and Jamie Emfinger. Honorary Pallbearers will include; Steven Shy, Bobby Joe Stokes, Billy Frank Stokes, Steve Odom, Dr. Giffin, and Dr. Barnes.
