Jeanine Hoggatt

Jeanine Hoggatt passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. She was 69 years old. She was born in Vicksburg, MS on December 28, 1955, to Hilton Dawson and Catherine Bryant Dawson. She enjoyed reading, being outside in the nature, walking in the woods and visiting different places. She loved spending time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Hilton Dawson; brother, Jimmy Dawson.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Hoggatt; mother, Catherine Bryant Dawson; son, Jacob Depolitte; daughters, Heather Hoggatt and Amber Smith (Neil Davis); brothers, Michael Dawson and Steven Dawson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas Friley, Dustin Bagwell, Thomas Dawson, Bryson Dawson, Noland Bullen and David Abernathy. 

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Glenwood Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Robert Andrews. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
