Jerry Ray Dickerson

Jerry Ray Dickerson passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026. He was 74 years old.

Jerry was born on September 24, 1951, in Newton County, Mississippi, to the late L.D. and Johnnie Tune Dickerson the 5th of 10 children. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents L.D. and Johnnie Tune Dickerson, brother Tommy Dickerson, sister Jan Farve (Shawn)

Jerry is survived by his wife Toni Dickerson, sons Alan LaGrone (Tracey) and Anthony LaGrone, daughter Tracy Dickerson Boyd, brothers Joe Dickerson, Jeff Dickerson, Donald Dickerson, Gary Dickerson, Lloyd Dickerson, Jr., and Jimmy Dickerson, sister Margie Overall (Mike), 7 grandchildren Gracie LaGrone, Madison Heigle, Hannah Solomon, Marlee Solomon, Kenley LaGrone, Jacob LaGrone, and Star Boyd.

A Funeral Service will be Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel with Ben Luckett officiating a visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. till the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Dickerson, Ricky Warren, Alan LaGrone, Anthony LaGrone, Jacob LaGrone, Jeffrey Dickerson, and Lloyd Dickerson, Jr. Honorary pallbearer will be Baron Kleinhaus.
