Kathy Lynn Hoover

Kathy Lynn Hoover, 73, of Vicksburg, passed peacefully to her heavenly home on Friday, November 18, 2023, at River Region Hospital.

She was born in Canton MS. on February 4, 1950, to the late Amil and Jessie Mae Atkinson Crosswhite.

Kathy loved her family and grandchildren dearly. She also loved Jesus and put Him first in her life. She spent time everyday reading her Bible. In her past time, she loved to hunt and fish.  

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Katy Edwards, Sarah Norwood, and Jeanette Trigg; brothers, Bud Crosswhite, Jr., James Crosswhite, Alton Crosswhite, and Jackie Crosswhite.

Survivors include her husband, Marion Hoover; sister, Barbara Permenter (Billy); children, Robert Hoover, Randy Hoover (Shannon), and Angela Busby (Patrick); grandchildren, Amber Busby, Daniel Busby, Brett Hoover, Logan Stevenson, Robby Hoover, Marion Hoover, and John Kristopher Alexander; great-grandchild, Suede Stevenson.

 A private graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023, with Joe Ables and Patrick Busby presiding.
