Larry Gene DeWeese

A memorial service for Larry Gene DeWeese, age 56, will be held 11:00 AM through 1:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Richmond Community Center in Richmond, Louisiana, with Bro. Larry Whittington officiating.

Larry passed away suddenly Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Tallulah, Louisiana, while he was working . He was born November 15, 1964, in Delhi, Louisiana, to Ernest Gene and Geraldine Eaken DeWeese.

Larry was a resident of Tallulah. He spent most of life working as a mechanic. At the time of his death, he was working at the TA Truck Stop in Tallulah. He was devoted to his family and loved spending time with his children and going fishing.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Geraldine DeWeese; wife, Debbie DeWeese; and sister, Melba Spradlin.

Larry is survived by his wife of 15 years, Danielle DeWeese; two sons, Brandon DeWeese and wife, Jennifer, and Derrick DeWeese; four grandchildren, Devin DeWeese, Isebell DeWeese, C.H. DeWeese, and Dixie DeWeese; and one sister, Tammy McDonald.
