Margaret E. Hambright

Margaret E. Hambright passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. She was 83 years old. She retired from Super Junior after over 22 years of service. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and reading.  She greatly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Aultman and Berteel Dyess Aultman; brother, Charles Aultman; sisters, Jane Dyess and Grace Aultman, daughter, Terri Brun and grandson Bo Cogan.

She is survived by her son, James Blackmon (Jennifer); daughters, Kay Cogan (Jimmy), Robin Ortutay and Alicia Hambright; sisters, Linda Herring (Philip), Virginia Haddox and Debra Woods; grandchildren, Brad Cogan, Brooke Guest, Ashley Belknap, Shawn Belknap, Ron Brun, Eric Ortutay, Amber Clemts, Gabby Rojas, Alana Morton, Bentley Morton, Christopher Blackmon and Garret Blackmon; great-grandchildren, Eric Stringfellow, Tate Stringfellow, Chase Cogan, Adalynn Deckard, Payzli Rogers, Aubree Rogers, Maci Owens, Waylon Pettway, Wade Cochran and Leah Cochran.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 18, 2023, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Cresswell will officiate the service.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cody Owens, Philip Herring, Brad Cogan, Taylor Deckard, Mason Pettway and Drew Lewis.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jay Tidwell and Blake Tidwell.
