Marion "Becky" Rebecca Dennis

Becky Dennis, 51, of Vicksburg, passed into the loving arms of Jesus suddenly after a brief illness on Sunday, October 26. A beloved wife, mother, and sister, Becky dedicated her life to her faith and her family.
 
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Dennis; her daughter, Gracie Dennis; her daughter by choice, Angel (Matt) Weems, and their four children, Calleigh, Hunter, Kaybree and River; her parents, Ken and Debra Martin; her sister, Laura (Jay) Knight and  their children, Nathan, Jonah, Anna and Samuel; her brother, Josh (Sam) Martin and their son Logan.
 
Becky was known for her generous and caring heart. As a hair stylist in Clinton for over 30 years, she touched countless lives—listening to stories, offering encouragement, and sharing God’s love through her work. Her deep faith guided her advocacy for those living with Cystic Fibrosis, including her daughter, Gracie, helping them live long and abundant lives. A devoted member of Crossway Church in Vicksburg, Becky faithfully served both the Grace Market and children’s ministries.
 
Becky also enjoyed researching genealogies and helping others locate their loved ones’ final resting places. This hobby brought her great joy and created cherished memories with family and friends.
 
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday October 31, 2025, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Rushing, Matthew Weems, Corey Hudson, Josh Martin, Randy Tanner, Pete Kowall, Jay Knight and Ben Braxton
 
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in memory of Becky Dennis, 101 Judson Circle, Vicksburg, MS 39180.
