Marjorie Ann Clarke Kinnebrew

Marjorie Ann Clarke Kinnebrew of Vicksburg passed away at 79 years old on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Merit Health River Region surrounded by loved ones. 

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Harris G. and Marjorie Clarke, husband Jerry Kinnebrew, Sr., infant daughter Janet Anne, son Lance Kinnebrew, and brother Harris G. “Dee” Clarke, Jr.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jerry “Doozer” and Debora Kinnebrew, grandchildren Donny and Krista Guynes and James Kinnebrew, great granddaughter Julee Ann Guynes, lifelong best friend Carolyn Douglas, and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Marjorie was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg and worked in the banking industry in Vicksburg for over 50 years, serving her customers faithfully and helping to shape other banking professionals across their careers. She enjoyed being outside, working in her flower beds, growing fresh vegetables, and white perch fishing. She was proudest of her family and of her home-grown tomatoes. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and friend. 

Her family expresses gratitude to the staff of Heritage House Nursing Center and Merit Health River Region. 

A visitation will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg, MS, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
