Mary Love Nichols Dykes passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020. She was 82.
Mary was born in Woodland, Mississippi and lived in Rolling Fork, Mississippi for 58 years, where she was a secretary at Rolling Fork High School and South Delta High School for 28 years. She was also a member of First Baptist Church in Rolling Fork, Mississippi.
She is preceded in death by her husband Griffin Dykes; mother, Ruby L. Simmons; son-in-law, Carl Petz; and grand daughters-in-law Amy Willingham and Courtney Willingham.
She is survived by her daughters Dawn D. Petz, Robin and Charles Willingham, and Jodi Dykes; her brothers, Chester and Cheryl Nichols and Kenneth and Charlotte Nichols; her sister, Louise Kelly; her grandsons, Kenneth Willingham and Rodney and Misty Willingham; and great grandchildren, Paul, Adam, Leah, Skylar, Ana, and Sydney Willingham.
A graveside service will be held at Mound Cemetery Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 11:00 AM. Bro Drew Holifield will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be Charles Willingham III, Kenneth Willingham, Rodney Willingham, Paul Willingham, Adam Willingham, and Dave Schaefer.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
