Mary Ann Haley passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025. She was 85 years old. She was born in Shaw, MS to Floyd Rossetti and Julia Cocilova Rossetti. She moved to Vicksburg, MS for nursing school where she met her husband, Charles Norman Haley. She worked as a registered nurse for over 40+ years. She was passionate about being a nurse. She worked at the Vicksburg Hospital in the Recovery Room before she continued her career in Home Health. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, playing card games, going to Bible study at CBS and being with her friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Norman Haley; parents, Floyd and Julia Rossetti; brother, Floyd Rossetti, Jr.; and Nick Cocilova.
She is survived by her daughters, Debra Mixon (Greg) and Angela Prewitt (Mark); brother, James Rossetti (Carol); sister, Linda Brocato (Frank); grandchildren, Christina Vines (Kurt), Trey Griffin and Haley Mays (Aubrey); great-grandchildren, Breck Vines, Conner Vines, Zoey Vines, Ann Leighton Mays and Lawson Mays.
Pallbearers will be James Rossetti, Trey Griffin, Kurt Vines, Aubrey Mays, Jerrod Gleese, Doug Cocilova, and Connor Vines. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Sam Pierce, Bailey Ford, All of Medical Associates Employees, Alma Cosby, Greg Mixon, Mark Prewitt and Michael Davis. The family would like to give a special thanks to Melanie Tillery, Paula Hunt, Debbie Runnels and everyone at Enhabit Hospice.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Glenwood Funeral Home, officiated by Father Robert Dore. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
