Michael Kent Delaney

Michael Kent Delaney passed away on December 4, 2024. He was 67 years old. He was born in Rolling Fork, MS on March 8, 1957, to Charles Leon and Margie Delaney. He was a farmer and was very independent. He always had a project going and was always doing something. He never went anywhere without his service dog Sam.  He would always take such good care of his mother, and his son Cole was his pride and joy. He was loved by so many people and will be greatly missed. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Leon Delaney.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda Huskey Delaney; sons, Michael Cole Delaney (Bonnie) and Eddie Camerin Huskey (Stacey); mother, Margie Honea Delaney; brother, Charles Stanley Delaney (Debbie); sister, Kimberly Kerley (Ames); grandson, Daniel Blake Huskey; his service dog, Sam. 

Visitation will be held on December 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Eddie Holcomb officiating the service.
