Michael Blake Hartley

Michael Blake Hartley passed away Monday, June 13, 2022. He was 19 years old.

Michael was born in Vicksburg, MS. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Russell Allen Hartley, Sr. and a Cousin Landon Haynes.

He is survived by his parents Kenneth and Brandy Gurley, and Russell Allen Hartley, Jr. and Amanda, brothers Zane Hartley (Kyley), Dylan Hartley, Jacob Hartley, Reed Gurley, Tucker Gurley, and Paul Whitley, sisters Kaylae Merritt (JayJay), Gabrielle Sullivan (Joshua), Emma Cole, and Jordan Berryhill, grandparents Darren and Kimbrell McKnight, Gail Mann, and George Alexander (TC), uncles Sunny Alexander, and Ricky Hartley (Natasha), aunt  April Johnson (Ray), nieces Sabryna Merritt, Paisley Merritt, and Gracelynn Sullivan, nephews Bubbie Merritt, Kyler Hartley, and Charlie Whitley, and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be Friday, June 17, 2022, at Glenwood Funeral Home from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with services at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel with Pastor Robert Andrews officiating. The family would like to invite family and friends to a celebration of life at 1:00 P.M. at the Moose Lodge at 2100 Fisher Ferry Rd. Vicksburg, MS.

Pallbearers will be Zane Hartley, Dylan Hartley, Jacob Hartley, Reed Gurley, Tucker Gurley, JayJay Merritt, Joshua Sullivan, Taylor Powers, Zechariah Kerns, Darren McKnight, Shae Walls, Shane Standish, Peyton McBroom, Austin Richardson, Harvierr Brown, and Chase Johnson.

The family requests only potted plants and vases of floral arrangements.
