Michelle Dawn Crotwell, 52, passed away on September 29, 2021.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Crotwell; daughter, Casey Crotwell; son, Carlan Crotwell (Samantha); sisters, Heather Phelps and Angela Crawford; and three grandchildren, Hadley Crotwell, Katherine Crotwell and Preslynn Crotwell.

Visitation will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM.
