Minor Tate Ray passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 with her son by her side, at the age of 60. She was born on December 9, 1961 to Ruffin and Catherine Davis in Tupelo, MS.

Minor touched so many people's lives. She was funny, outgoing, goofy and humble. She will truly by missed.

She is survived by her son, Aric Ray; daughter, Nikki Dayne; sister, Cathy Shouse; 2 grandchildren, William and Evie.

The family will have a private service Sunday afternoon where she will be surrounded with love and warmth by friends and family.

The Lord calls us home when and how he's ready. Ours is not to wonder why, but to do or die. Minors passing will be a question to us all instead of sorrow. We should relish in the many good memories. We pray our father will give comfort, peace and understanding to those left behind. Minor is in a better place, the kingdom of our Lord and Savior. Let your grieving be a celebration to her.
