Norine H. Nabers

Norine H. Nabers passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 93.

Norine was born on July 24, 1932, the daughter of Herbert B. Hudson and Vivian Abbot Hudson. She taught second grade in Port Gibson for many years. She loved to cook and entertain. She was a member of Port Gibson United Methodist Church and the Friendship Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Nabers, her parents Herbert and Vivian Hudson, brothers and sisters Willie Ruth Scott, Betsy Latham, Helen Hudson, H. B. Hudson, James Hudson and George A. Hudson, Sr., nieces Linda Segrest and Ceal McSweyn, and nephew Tim Latham.

She is survived by her nieces Jamie Banks, Vivian Piskovitz, Claire Logue and Sybil Russum and nephews George A. Hudson, Jr., Powell Hudson, Edward Latham and Pat Scott.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in Wintergreen Cemetery under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.
