Polly Jean Guin

Polly Jean Guin passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 84.

Polly was born in Vicksburg, MS on December 15, 1938, the daughter of Charles Gretzinger and Mary Howard Gretzinger.  She worked for Sack-N-Save and Piggly Wiggly.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe Guin, son Mitchell Guin, brother William Gretzinger, sisters Annie, Mildred, Mary and Lilly.  

She is survived by her daughter Debra Sharp (Ken) and sons Roy Guin and Paul Guin and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Glenwood Funeral Home.  Rev. Roger Cresswell will officiate the service.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Allen Brent, Joe Grant, Wesley Gretzinger, Nolan McCallum, Isaac Castello and David Sullivan.
