Ruby Sessions Bounds

Ruby Ellen Sessions Bounds died Saturday, October 12, 2019, at the Merit Health River Region Medical Center. She was 104.
A native of Hillsboro, MS, she had been  making her home in Vicksburg for the past 20 years, where she retired as a saleslady at McRae's Dept. Store. She was a member of Bradley's Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jody and Leanna Nicholas Sessions; her husband, Jesse Dudley Bounds; her son, Jon Dudley Bounds; her siblings, Merle Lee Wilkerson, Onie Bounds, Ruth Hollingsworth and Robert Sessions.
She is survived by her daughter, Sue (Charles) Henry of Vicksburg; her special daughter, Panzy Maxwell of Franklin, TN; Her daughter-in-law, Nancy Bounds of Roseburg, OR; her grandsons, Chuck and Mark Henry; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Henry, Nicholas Henry, Mercedes Henry Galloway (Dalton) and Madelyn Henry and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Noon Wednesday, October 16, 2017, in the Pine Forest Cemetery in Collinsville, MS with Rev. Chriss Zebert officiating.
Glenwood Funeral  Home in Vicksburg has charge of arrangements.
