Ruth Juanita Williams

Ruth Juanita Williams passed away of cancer on Thursday, September 15, 2022, quietly and peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.  She was 73.

Ruth was a life-long resident of Rolling Fork and worked at First Baptist Church of Rolling Fork for 35 years.  She was a quiet servant for her community and to her only son.  She will be met in heaven by her mother and father Robert Lamar Barlow and Mildred Chaney Barlow and 4 siblings Raymond Otis Smith, Robert Lamar Barlow, II, Mildred Cille Barlow Pierce and William Earle Barlow "Bill".  

She is survived by her son James Robert Williams "Robbie" and daughter-in-law Michelle McAllister Williams, her twin brother Clyde Miller Barlow and sister Cleo Marie Barlow and grandchildren Elyssa 16 years old, Elana 16 years old, and Easton 8 years old.  

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at First Baptist Church of Rolling Fork with Bro. Britt Williamson officiating the service.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.  Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery.  

Pallbearers will be David Richards, David Claus, John Abney, Kelly Perry, Tommy Williams and Thad Virden.
