Thomas Allen Jefferson

Thomas Allen "Tom" Jefferson, 53, of Tallulah, Louisiana, died Friday, June 2, 2023, at his home in Newellton, Louisiana. Tom was born May 4, 1970, in Vicksburg, Mississippi, to Tommy and Sue Jefferson.

Tom graduated from Tallulah Academy in 1988, where he played football and ran track. He was also an avid horseman. His natural abilities and love of animals won him an abundance of awards and prizes over the years. Tom loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing, which if you knew Tom, was usually being done illegally.

Tom is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Jim Scarduzio; his many beautiful children, Phillip Stilwell, Ally Smith, Mary Kate Jefferson, Tommy Jefferson, and Lynnsey Jefferson; his beloved grandchildren; and treasured nephews, Bannon and Ian Scarduzio.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Sue Jefferson.

A visitation for Tom will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, Louisiana.
