Walter Baker Obituary
Walter Price Baker passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021. He was 67 years old. He was born in Vicksburg, MS. He loved cars and working on them. Mr. Baker loved watching the car shows. His grandkids would call him "poppa" and his daughter called him "munchkin".
He is preceded in death by his parents, Percy Preston Baker and Thelma Lily Seeman Baker.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Baker; Son, Michael Baker (Tabitha); grandchildren, Lily Beth Smith, Michaela Baker, McKinlee Baker, JC Smith, Hunter Smith and Gracie Smith; and friends, Corey Smith, Elvis Melder, Shelby and Swan.
Pallbearers will be Marvin Sandifer, Michael Baker, Corey Smith, JC Smith and Hunter Smith. Honorary pallbearer will be Charles Roberts.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the Hermanville Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Chouccoli officiating.
