Wanda Purvis

Wanda Gay Graves Purivs, passed away on May 20, 2024, at her home. She was 57 years old. She was born in Vicksburg on November 14, 1966. Wanda loved her children and her grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Bonnie Davis Graves; brother, Robert Graves; and grandson, Daniel Friley. 

She is survived by her husband, David Purvis; daughter, Sheyanne Hart (April); two sons, Steven (Jamie) Moore (Sara) and Christopher Hayes (Amy); brother, Booby Graves; sister, Betty Pittman; and her grandchildren, Charlie Moore, Bentley Hearn, Wyatt Hayes, Kinsley Hayes, Nevaeh Lee, and numerous others that she cared for throughout her life. 

Wanda loved to help people in any way that she could. She would go above and beyond for anyone. She also loved her animals and shopping at the River City Rescue Mission.
